“Costa di Camenata”
Rosa di Toscana IGT
Organic

The grapes of Sangiovese are harvested the first week of September in order to allow the maintenance of an alcohol content and favor a strong acidity.
After destemming, the grapes are pressed gently and placed in steel tanks to start fermentation.
Claret pink, strikes in a bouquet of delicate wild strawberries. The taste is fresh and sapid, clean and elegant.
