“Boncitto” Quality Sparkling Wine Brut Organic
Brut Sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sangiovese grapes.
The harvest occurs in August, at the ideal time to make acidity prevail.
After a passage in the refrigerator, the grapes are pressed cold as for a white vinification.
“Quarto Di Luna” Chardonnay di Toscana IGT
Our selected grapes of Chardonnay come from the cultivation of old strains of over forty years.
After harvesting, the grapes are kept in the fridge to preserve their freshness.
At the end of fermentation the wine remains to macerate on the lees for about 6 months before being filtered and bottled.
“Erboli” Trebbiano di Toscana IGT Organic
Made with Trebbiano grapes from the old vineyard of Erboli.
Vinified in steel and aged in oak barrels for about 1 year.
Wine with a golden yellow colour, beautiful brightness; the bouquet is of medium intensity, very appealing with fresh, citrus and fruity notes. Has pleasant notes of apple and white melon.
In the mouth it is fresh, pleasant and well balanced in the alcoholic part.
“Costa Di Camenata” Rosa di Toscana IGT Organic
Costa Di Camenata is a Chianti Rosé wine, made from Sangiovese vineyards cultivated with spurred cordon. Claret pink, strikes in a bouquet of delicate wild strawberries. The taste is fresh and sapid, clean and elegant.
“Poggio Ai Grilli” Chianti Superiore DOCG Organic
Poggio Ai Grilli is our Chianti, made from hand-harvested 100% Sangiovese.
It is characterized by an intense bouquet and a good drinkability.
Pretty low alcoholic percentage, it is suitable to be consumed even fresh.
“Poggio Ai Grilli” Chianti DOCG Riserva Organic
Poggio Ai Grilli Riserva is characterized by a warm and fruity taste, round yet good tannic structure, with a sapid touch in the closing.
The bouquet remembers sour cherry combined with sweet spices, tobacco, leather, and balsamic notes.
“Orma Del Diavolo” Rosso Toscana IGT Organic
Orma Del Diavolo draws its strength from the name of the vineyard from which it comes, an ancient rock on which is imprinted a form that in the past colonists had identified as the footprint of a Devil.
“Caprilius” Rosso Toscana IGT Organic
Caprilius is the ancient name of Cavriglia, village of Roman origins once populated by shepherds and goats. To this place is dedicated this wine, made from 100% Montepulciano, vine that in Valdarno has found a territory able to give life to a unique wine.
“Vigna Del Mulinaccio” Sangiovese Valdarno Di Sopra DOC Organic
Made by our best Sangiovese vineyard from the toponym “Il Mulinaccio”.
The low yield per hectare and the agronomic practices performed, allow to get
widely-spaced bunches, obtaining an optimal technological and phenological
maturity for a grape of a superior quality.
The grappa Ultima is made by distilling in steam stills the marcs after pressing
sangiovese grapes. In order to obtain a good result, the distillation must be
carried out within 48 hours after the marcs have been separated from the must.
The result of this proceeding is a crystal-clear grappa with floral and fruity notes, a smooth and persistent grappa with good savouriness which leaves the mouth clean without any bitter aftertaste.
“Ultima” Grappa Riserva
The grappa Ultima Riserva is obtained by the same method of the one used for
the white grappa but it is then aged in barriques for 24 months.
The result is a crystal-clear, amber grappa with palatable floral and fruity notes.
A smooth grappa with good savouriness and long persistence.
“Castiglioncelli” Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
Green, clear and balanced. The nose is quite complex and clean, with vegetal
notes of herbaceous plants. The taste is round and fine, with tones reminiscent of the artichoke. Medium bitterness and spiciness well balanced. An harmonious and elegant olive oil.
